Saturday is our group’s long run.  We have a selection of distances (anywhere in the range of 4 to 20 miles, depending on the day) and paces (generally anywhere between 7 and 12 minutes per mile).  We meet at the Zero Mile Marker on Town Lake, @ 676 W Riverside.  From the parking lot, just walk towards the river.  The parking lot typically fills up by about 6:45 am so plan accordingly.  We get around 50 runners every Saturday (our regular attendees usually don’t sign up on SweatPals).  See our website for more information or to contact us.  We are always FREE.

Meet up at 7AM and watches start at 7:10AM

Any other details will be briefed before the run.

Advanced level runners are expected to be able to complete this milage.

A casual Saturday morning run. All levels welcome!

3, 4, 5, 7, and 10 mile route options around town lake.

After the run we'll hang out for coffee, brunch, mimosas, snacks, or whatever else we can find!

You can find parking underneath the condos that is comped if you feel like getting brekky. Otherwise there is public parking on Toomey!
