Sunday morning workouts at Austin HS Track include all the fun we normally have (high fives, bodyweight fitness, etc.) with the added fun of a 400m track and giant rubber tires. Most workouts are circuit and/or interval based. All you really need to know is that when it's all over you'll be glad you got out of bed and worked out with The Rise.
