What better way to kick off the weekend? Come join me for a light 5k before the workday starts!! Would love to help make new friends and hear each others weekend plans!! 

10 min mile pace, party pace!

Park under bridge, easiest way to get there!! 

Friday Kickoff friendly 5k 

Join us for an epic community event and morning routine that will light you up for the whole weekend.

We will  start right at 6:30 AM so Come 10 min early to get settled!

Friday Morning Ritual:
Meditation
Yoga
Breathwork
Ice baths!!!

When: Friday 6:30 AM - please arrive early to get settled in.
Free! 

Bring: yoga mat, towel, clothes to get wet- wear a swim suit or sports bra etc
Optional blanket - dress warm for the winter months!!
